As someone who has struggled with trauma and burnout myself, I understand the toll that stress and emotional trauma can take on our lives. And through my own journey of healing and self-discovery, I have also discovered the power of self-care and boundary setting in creating a life that is fulfilling and free from the need to escape. I have learned to self-validate, set boundaries and find joy even when the world is on fire. After work I find myself outdoors or expressing art . When in search of self I use my cards, crystals and the moon as my guide.

During the day I am a trauma-informed self-care coach with a Master's in Communication and Conflict Dispute Resolution, I help clients prioritize their needs, manage stress, and develop healthy coping mechanisms, including setting and maintaining boundaries. Through the philosophy of creating a life you don't want to escape, I empower clients to take charge of their wellbeing and create a fulfilling life where they can thrive instead of survive.

As an expert in communication and conflict resolution, I also help clients improve their communication skills, navigate difficult conversations, and resolve conflicts in a healthy and productive way.
