Sylvia Ofori-Yeboah
Hi, I’m Sylvia Ofori-Yeboah, LCSW, a dedicated therapist passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and uncover their inner strengths. I earned my BSW in 2019 and my MSW from Missouri State University in 2020. Since then, I’ve been providing therapy services focused on empowering clients to achieve their goals and enhance their well-being.
I have experience working with diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and the elderly. I specialize in supporting individuals affected by domestic and sexual abuse, human trafficking, trauma, and life transitions. Additionally, I work with immigrant and refugee communities, BIPOC populations, and individuals managing concerns such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, self-esteem challenges, and more.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, holistic, and strengths-based. I believe that healing and growth are possible for everyone, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your emotions and experiences without judgment. No matter what you’re facing, I’m here to provide guidance with understanding and evidence-based strategies tailored to your unique needs.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I would be honored to support you on your journey to healing and self-discovery.
Let’s work together to create the life you deserve.
