I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in neurodivergent adults - particularly people with ADHD and anxiety - as well as creative people: musicians, writers, artists, and anyone who thinks and feels at a high volume. My own ADHD and anxiety aren’t thinks I tucked away when I got licensed. They’re part of how I understand people, and part of what makes me a different kind of presence in the room.
I'm a lifelong musician and writer, which means I have genuine respect for the particular way the creative mind works - its gifts and its particular struggles. I don’t approach that from the outside. I practice telehealth only and I’m licensed in Missouri, Florida and Washington. If you’re someone whose been trying to get unstuck - who knows something’s off but hasn't quite been able to name it — I'd be glad to talk.
My approach blends psychodynamic, existential, person-centered, and IFS frameworks, which is a clinical way of saying 'I am less interested in symptoms management and more interested in helping you figure out who you actually are and what is actually getting in the way.' A lot of the people I work with aren’t broken — they’re disconnected from themselves, from their creative lives, from any sense of purpose. That disconnection tends to show up as anxiety, burnout, or a persistent feeling that something important is missing.
