About Olivia Barrott, S-MFT
Hi! I’m Olivia. I’m a Supervised Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for healing through connection and curiosity. The vulnerability that comes with exploring ourselves and our pasts makes it so important to have a familiar face and a space of warmth and authenticity. Using a trauma-informed approach, I utilize techniques from IFS, Narrative, and EFT therapies for both individuals and couples. For more than 6 years, I provided case management services for children ages 4–17 with focuses on autism, ADHD, trauma, and ODD. When I found that my work in case management limited how I wanted to help people, I knew I was meant to do more. I graduated with my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2025. My early special interest in mental health was addiction recovery, which led to a profound sense of empathy and a deeper understanding of the spectrum of human experience. I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ youth and adults, as well as relationships of all shapes and sizes. I believe therapy should honor your story and that there is no singular approach to healing.
