Healing in Unity Groups
A Supportive Therapy Group for Black Adults and Adolescents
Healing in Unity is a monthly virtual therapy options for adults (18+) and an in-person option for adolescents (14-17). These groups were created specifically for Black folk seeking connection, healing, and growth in a space where their lived experiences are understood and honored. This group centers Black identity, culture, and resilience while offering practical tools for emotional well-being and community care.
Participants are invited into a supportive environment to explore personal and collective experiences related to stress, identity, relationships, racial trauma, and mental health—without having to explain or justify those experiences.
